Any new or exchange Ford or Motorcraft part which becomes defective due to faulty manufacture or materials will be repaired or replaced free of charge. This warranty applies for 12 months from the date of parts purchase and unlimited mileage, with the exception of:

• Cambelts, spark plugs, filters and wiper replacement blades (12 months or next due service)
• Alarms, clutches, economy exhausts and shock absorbers (24 months/unlimited mileage)
• Batteries, original equipment quality exhausts, ignition lead sets (36 months/unlimited mileage)
• Sheet metal body parts (6 years/unlimited mileage, subject to conditions of Ford Perforation Warranty)

The new, re-sized, Ford and Motorcraft branded genuine packaging tells your customers they’re buying genuine, high quality parts worth paying for. It also clearly communicates even more benefits, like features, usage and risks. Unbranded packaging, on the other hand, tells your customers the parts you’re using are not Ford Premium Quality Parts, and are possibly even counterfeit.
