We have established a set of Standards, to ensure that excellent service is just what you get:

The Standards we insist that our dealers must meet to provide the service you want include:

A minimum stock level maintained at all times.
The parts you need most frequently will always be available. If, for any reason, a part is out of stock, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours.

Easy access to place your order.
Dedicated phone and fax lines mean you can quickly and easily place your order. Not only this, we’re also open from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, and 8am-1pm on Saturday (except where local customers need different opening hours).

Fast and accurate deliveries.

We offer at least two deliveries a day plus an emergency delivery within four miles of the dealership and within one hour of ordering.

Dedicated, specialist staff.
So you enjoy the fastest possible service, your Ford parts dealer will have at least one member of staff dedicated to parts sales, and another dedicated to collision parts.

Training.

All relevant staff are fully trained to our own high standards. Not only this, we continually monitor the quality of service you receive from them.

Collision.

The dedicated ‘zero damage’ strategy ensures secure, safe storage and packaging of parts to avoid damage. This includes protective segregation of specific collision products such as sheet metal, plastic and glass parts.
